Values

Tawi’s three-stage quality control process ensures that all of the food you receive is at a high-standard. Products are sourced when we receive your order, ensuring the food does not spend time wilting in a warehouse but, instead, is packed and delivered straight to you.

We offer fresh fruit, vegetables, herbs and spices, meats and eggs, all with clearly marked prices. When you buy from Tawi, the overall range of produce is wider than local markets as we offer foods in-season-and-out-of-season from all over Kenya.

The order management system is simple to use, offering an elegant but detailed user dashboard. Price is clearly indicated throughout the page, with delivery charge included. You can add notes to any item on your order (e.g. ‘please supply unripe green mangoes’). This simplicity creates time for you to focus on your food business.

We deliver to specific hourly time-slots within 24 hours of order and you have the final say over the delivery. The value we create by simplifying the supply chain, we put back into quality.

The values of the business are rooted in sustainability and building-capacity in country. Partnering with us means partnering with those values. The value we create by simplifying the supplying chain we back into Kenya.
